Default Having trouble searching for phrases on the site. Can anyone help?

Hi all - I am new to the site. I wasn't sure where to ask this question so I hope it's okay that I'm asking it here. I am trying to use the search function and I'd like to search phrases like "nerve fiber density test" or "nerve biopsy" but I cannot find a way to search phrases. If I type the phrase in, it seems to just find words separately. If I use quotes, it doesn't find anything. Does that mean that the phrase isn't there or that the search function doesn't understand quotation marks?

Hope someone can help. Thank you.
