Welcome to NT

This is a great place to come for support and information. Sometimes it's just good to know you're not alone.

There's tons of stuff to read through. Use the "SEARCH" button above to search for things.

yes do ask for a MRI. It is painless.

I've had migraines, to the point of no fun. We do understand. I'm not suffering with those any more. Thank God for that. They are terrible to deal with.

Being young is hard on you, because you are missing out on a lot of fun. not hardly fair at all. I do hope you get to enjoy some things, though.

Be thankful for the rest of your good health. Some younger than you are in a lot worse shape. Sometimes life includes suffering. a humbling experience one must admit.

I would suggest you keep a diary of your day, headache pain scale, weather, foods, sleep, stress, exercise, water intake, fun time. Over a few months you may realize some things trigger your migraine headaches.
