Default RLS, cramps, PN

Hello,

I am a 71 year old female with rheumatoid arthritis. I was diagnosed with non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy last year. After much physical therapy, I can walk almost normally.

I've always had twitchy legs, and nocturnal leg cramps, and my neuro says that I have Restless Leg Syndrome.

The twitchiness doesn't really bother me but the nighttime cramps are horrible.

I need advice!
