Default need someone to tell me what my brain mri means

posterior left lesion is ill defined and does demonstrate subtle enhancement following gadolinium other pathology not excluded. there is atleast three foci of increased single within the white matter both cerebral hemispheres as described. The overall appreance is nonspecific could be related to vasculitis or chronic small vessel ischemic changes
