I have had a reoccurring tightness on the top of my foot. It bothers me mostly at night and has gotten worse. It feels like I need to snap or crack my ankle. It isn't really pain but an annoying tightness all around the top of my foot. While lying down my foot is dropped and I feel a need to bend the foot up. It is hard to explain, but Any ideas?

THis is a great place to come and find friends and help with problems. Lots of research here. I hope you find relief with your foot. A good podiatrist should give you answers.
