Default T 7/8 rupture and tingling

Hi there!, I am new...and really confused...lol, I have a disc rupture at T 7/8 and it causes a lot of pain. But for the past couple of months when I lay down my legs and arms start tingling and fall asleep they also feel very heavy.Does anyone have a clue to what may cause this?
