Lanieloo, I wonder if some upper cervical chiropractic might be of help to you.
I had some horse falls, car wreck and other dumb stunts kids do from long ago & I think they played a small part in my acquiring RSI/TOS myofascial chronic stuff. I had upper cervical adjustments as well as regular chiropractic, the upper cervical is a very simple maneuver- not scary at all.
You can look up videos on you tube to see how it is done.

Another thing to try might be acupuncture.
