Default new to everything about ALS

hello everyone -
my name is laura and my brother has been diagnosed with als. he has had it for two years. tomorrow he is having surgery to have a feeding tube placed in his stomach and will be under general anethesia. my parents passed when we were young and all we have is each other. i am his primary caretaker and i need help with a lot of things. mostly emotional and general support from people who have been where i am now. thank you in advance,
