Default RSD, further trauma

Been through absolute hell since coming to Tenn (as a result of Countrywide mortgage crisis and losing home to forced short sale). All of the docs I've seen here in Tenn claim to know about RSD but they don't KNOW RSD. Have been treated like a criminal addict. One ortho doc told me just to go ahead and get a motorized wheelchair (and had the nerve to say Merry Christmas when I left). Was previously treated in Md (since 1998), sorry I ever left, but no one would provide any assistance in the housing crisis.
There is absolutely no advocacy, no needed referrals, and no rocking the boat- either comply or get reported to officials. every doctors' office has notices of how they can report us to the police, take us off meds and let us go into withdrawal. This has been an absolute nightmare, want to leave but don't know where else to go.
