Hi there my name is sophy and I am female age 25. I have few unresolved issue and which I cannot discuss with anyone and I need help because I am depressed all the time. I would like to start with my childhood issues. I was never a brilliant student throughout my college which was a pressure because my father was really strict with studies. I have two sister and they both are good with their studies in comparison with my achievements. Although I was weak I managed to pass my high school. I never failed in any subjects. This is not the end of the story I even faced difficulties making friends. Those who became my friends were the ones I approached. No one ever came to be my friends. Some of the friends even judged me in terms of appearance.I was alone and ugly person among the friends circle. Now I do not have a dingle friends whom I can trust. Mostly I blame it to myself they have moved on but I am stuck again from where I started I cannot concentrate on my career no my relationship nor my studies I need help.

I can sure understand about the self-esteem thing. My dad was a military guy and I never felt like I could live up to his expectations. To this day I struggle with esteem issues. Hate to look at myself in the mirror. I've been let down by 'close' friends also, it's not a good feeling at all.
