Default Thankful to find this forum - spinal issues
I am just so, so thankful to have come across this wonderfully informative site after looking for weeks for information about lower lumbar spinal injuries, treatments, surgeries, etc. Great info and very thoughtful, kind posts!

I too have lumbar pain issues, so I can completely relate.
