Default support dogs

hi all,

iam on ssi, and was wondering if ss will help with the care cost of
my prescribed emotional support dog or some other place?

SSI, doesnt' care what you use your SSI for, as long as its considered
necessary for your care. So I believe spending part of the money you
make for SSI, on taking care of your dog would be okay.

But if your talking about getting extra money on top of what you
already get. No they wont pay for that, just like they wont pay
for children in a family.


I do not know if there are organizations that will pay to help a person
take care of a animal.
