Default Right side of head swollen & tight

Hello Everybody,

I am 26 years old. It's about a week that I feel the right side of my head right above my ear is a little bit swollen. It started when I looked at my computer screen too much for a week playing online games. First it was only my right eye that started swelling. but I didn't care and kept playing. After about a week I felt a feeling of pressure and numbness and swelling in ride side of my head. Then I decided to take some rest but It is not getting much better.

My vision and other functions of my body is good as before. I did brain CT scan and the doctor couldn't see anything.

I feel the pressure and pain more when I wake up rather than later at night. My face skin is a little red and there are some rashes in the parts that I feel the pressure. Also I can feel blood pulses in the veins in the right side of my head.

I am really worried. can it be something serious? please help me

Hopefully someone will come along and will know more than I.
