Welcome to NeuroTalk!!
First off, you are a very amazing person! I also take on time the same way...one day at a time. I am a full-time caregiver for my husband who has MS. We never know how the days will be until we take them on.

I'm not sure how to help you with your dizziness however, I have the same problem in my own way. We have home-care coming in to do things for us and the nurse thinks I might have something going on with my inner ear and sinuses. I also have headaches and I took a cold medicine yesterday and the headache went away. So I don't know if it is sinus related or not...

Enough about me...using the links Rrae gave you and just cruising around the forums, you will meet some pretty amazing folks! I hope you can find help with the dizziness...take care!!!
