Default Hello from a Newbie

Hi everyone! I found this site and thought it might be a good place to read and talk about physical and mental problems. I don't have anything bad wrong with me...just a lot of small annoying things, including a nagging depression. I still feel the need to talk about my problems sometimes. I'm 65 and I know that I'm blessed to only have small things bothering me.

My biggest fear is Alzheimer's because both of my parents had confirmed cases of it. At age 65, forgetting things happens a lot..... even for people without the disease, but for me, forgetting something can be a real stressor. I look forward to meeting others with Alzheimer's in your family, as well as those who battle depression and anxiety.
