In need of some ideas on how to just get through the days I'm a wreck, recently discharged after psych admission. hate taking so many meds, but the pain is too much without them. What do you people do to keep yourselves from falling apart?

You've sure found a great place for support and understanding! I certainly can relate to how you are feeling. Pain can drain us of our quality of life, which of course can lead to depression, anxiety, and other issues.

You'll be amazed at how many other people are battling this horrid pain. Don't lose hope! If we all stick together, we can lift each other up and share our experiences. There are ways we can gain the upper hand on our pain.
