Default Hi all!

I stumbled onto this forum when Googling for info on SSDI reviews! Weird way to find y'all but I'm glad I did! I suffer from autoimmune diseases and have back/nerve pain, migraines and neuralgia.

I've been feeling rather alone and isolated lately because new health problems have emerged. I just have a crazy number of health issues -- it's like playing Whack-A-Mole! I knock one down and another one pops up!

I'm glad to be here and hope to make some new friends!

Julie

Default Hi Julie

Welcome to Neuro Talk. You found a great site. Feel free to post to any thread you care to. NT was created for this wide range of subjects. I have auto immune problems also. You are correct that they seem to multiply, or clump together. There has been some conversation on this before. There is a search bar up at the top. If you type in auto immune, it may bring you to that forum. While you explore this site fee free to join in on any conversation and feel welcome. You have found a really good site with lots of information. I have been here about two years and I just never left. I found such good souls here, and they continue to be a source of real help. All my best to you. ginnie

Thank you, Darlene and Ginnie! I'm glad to be here. It's hard to find people who understand what we go through so I'm really happy that groups like this exist!

Laugh Hello Julie!

Welcome aboard!

I'm so happy you stumbled upon us! There is a forum here for every condition you listed! I see you are finding your way around just wonderfully.

Make sure you check out the Peripheral Neuropathy forum! It is loaded with information on nerve pain....the worst kind of pain there is in my opinion. I've learned more over there than all my doctors put together!! Here's the shortcut link to get you there:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/fo...aysprune=&f=20

I sure understand what you mean by feeling alone. Chronic conditions can do this to us. That's why I'm so thankful for this place. It's been a lifesaver for sure!

It's great to have you!

Caring,
Rae
