Trig Cutting/ Selfharm

i cant seem to stop i went to therapy and tricked my way out and everyone things im fine... but im just hiding it better and im trying to tell my close friends... except i tell them that i used to do it i can barely admit it to myself but like everynight now there is more cuts to worry about:/ I want to stop but i feel all panicked when i see old scars fading awaying so i feel like i need to make more and when i ever i say i will stop a few weeks later i get the urge again... HELP.
