Default chronic porphyria

i everyone.. i have porphyria plus hemochromatosis.. but i think the 2 go hand in hand. i suffer constant nerve pain in my arms and legs. my specialist put me on some pain killers, but i dont like the side affects. dry mouth, blurry vision.. plus she is taken a pint of blood from me every fortnight , to try to get my iron levels down.. i read about this heme, but it is not avalable in Australia.. .. im hoping to find someone out there, that also has porphyria, and understands what im going through..
