Frown MRI results

I fell on ice the end of Jan. I have a copy of MRI results but don't see doctor until April 8th.
Conclusion:
1. Fracture of the superior endplate at T6 with associated edema indicative of relatively acute fracture.
2. 1mm focus of CSF signal centrally within the thoracic cord extending from T5-6 to T12-L1 level . Most likely represents a syrinx.
3. small disc bulges are identified at T4-5, T8-9, and L1-2 without cord deformity. I would appreciate any info on this MRI . I am confused on the syrinx. I am 48 year old women my back is fused at L5S1. I am a chronic pain person. also have fibromyalgia .
