Hello hope all is well today with everyone, Im a newbie with back pain going for my Discogram in a couple of days. Taking Gabapentin for the pain not helping much (got to stay away from the ibuprofen)..In NC loving the weather today.

Yes, it has been a beautiful day. We are so blessed...

I'm no stranger to back pain. Back pain is miserable pain.

You have to do what you have to do, to get through the hour, some days. I have found pain patterns to change, with time. So, hopefully you will get some relief.
