Default Not sure whats wrong

I need some suggestions from those in the know. My pain starts at the back of my neck, on the right side, down the shoulder. My little pinky on the left hand is numb, both arms are getting extremely weak in forearms. The right shoulder gets almost a burning sensation. When I complain to Dr. he looks at me like I'm having hallucinations, and does nothing. About 4 months ago, my right index finger started turning black. Drs. said "lack of blood circulation, could be vasculitus", and removed my fingernail. Finger is still highly sensitive, and the slightest hind of a breeze makes it turn purple. Don't know if this has anything to do with any of it, but I have a lot of foot cramps at night.

Any thoughts?

Hi Cammy,
I was looking at your profile page and saw your symptoms & data entry job, you might want to look at our thoracic outlet syndrome forum.
It can happen from chronic repetitive strain injury, other reasons too but that and the desk/typing postures seem to be a big part of it.

the useful sticky threads found at the top on all of the forums are full of good info.

For this part -"Finger is still highly sensitive, and the slightest hind of a breeze makes it turn purple" you might want to check out our RSD/CRPS forum..
Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD and CRPS)-

Have they done blood work to check for anything unusual from that angle?
No PT or MRI/xrays to check for cervical spine issues?
An expert PT should be able to help with some of those symptoms as well a as doing a comprehensive evaluation.
Quite often many MDs will rx an adv. PT to do the hands on evals for them..
I would think that should be the next step, and then the PT may find it is more of a soft tissue thing or that more testing like MRI/xray is needed.
If your dr doesn't want to respond or help you, then maybe time for another one.
