Default Paraneoplastic syndrome and quite possibly cancer of the thymus

Hi, my name is Krys. I have paraneoplastic syndrome and more than likely cancer of my thymus. I go Thursday to see the oncologist. Not sure which forum I should be in. I don't have MG so that's not really a fit for me. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for your help!
