New kid on the block
I was recently diagnosed with ALS. After getting a second opinion at the Mayo in Jacksonville, I realized that there is no conventional treatment for me.
However, I'm trying some alternative treatments. My wife bought a Rife Frequency Generator. I use it daily, but find no help from it. I also take a wide variety of supplements, including different types of B-12, and 1200 mg of CoQ10 daily. My wife is a very gullible woman and I am sure she has some other treatments in line for me.
So far I'm rejecting chelation, and having all my caps/fillings taken out of my mouth.
Anyway, I'm 60 yo, can still drive, but can barely walk. My arms, breathing and eating have not yet been affected.
I'm glad to find this and other forums to ask my questions, and read what others are thinking.
