Hi my name is Kathy and 5 weeks ago i had rotator cuff surgery. they told me i would have a droopy eyelid until the neve block wore off. going into week 6 it is still droopy. getting the run around from surgeon and anistigiologist, they both say i need to see a nero but no one will refer me. Is it normal to have it for this long and what can they do to fix it?
