Help Suspect LEMS

20+ years ago I was treated for auto-immune symptoms by a doctor that is no longer in practice. I am experiencing weakness in my legs. I suspect the problem is Lambert-Eaton Myasthenia Syndrome. I need to connect with a doctor able to diagnose an treat. (A doctor with experience treating MG may also be a good choice.)

I live in central California.
