Hi,

Welcome to NT.

So sorry you're having the problems. It is challenging.

No, it's not normal to have your face numb. I've experienced that , myself.

It can be a number of things causing it.

It takes a good doctor to sort it out for you. Once you know and understand, you can figure out what helps and what don't.

For me, I have TOS, scalenes, and cervical disc bulges and herniations. I also do keyboarding, and it irritates all the above conditions.

There's a lot of things to learn, or you can try, that may give you some relief.

Ergonomics... Monitor at the best viewing level possible. I put a PDR under mine.

Look at keyboards and mouse.

Of course, a better chair. You've probably worn that one out working so hard.

So many gadgets to help, or try.... kinesiol tape, Lidoderm patches, LED infra red light therapy pads wors best for me.

I learned to grade things as a positive or negative, as far as helping my symptoms.

Sleeping in the wrong position...ugh

Prolonged sitting or standing...ugh

Life keeps coming at you, so you have to find things that ease your symptoms.

Keep asking questions. Ive gathered little morsels along the way that has kept me going.

Take care...
