Confused New..wanted to say hi :)

I was in a car accident a little over a year ago and suffered a bad concussion and I am still struggling with PCS. I am a single mother of three children (11, 9 & 7). I have never done anything like this (online support), but I think it would be helpful to have a place where I don't have to pretend that I am not having a hard time...so here I am.
