just getting used to this but have been getting b12 injections for 5 years low b12 neuropathy etc but not prenicious anemia or celiac doctors not keen to find out why and twice they checked levels and they were on high side had to fight to keep getting my injections lately . i had enlarged blood cells at start of treatment they left me for nearly 2 years until i told them i had been falling over etc never got to see neurologist report my levels at lowest were only 170 which isnt that low according to them i have also had low normal folate levels can anyone help me out at all please x

Looks like your could benefit from oral active methylcobalamin 5mg a day. You don't need injections after all.
