Default running out of hope

Hi everyone. I am new to this group and a bit desperate right now. My boyfriend has been experiencing pain in his feet for 4 years. He now has the same type of feeling in his stomach..pins and needles, but not sensitive to the touch. Everything the doctors have given him does not help. He can't sit still because he feels like his feet are going to blow up. He does what he can to hide the pain, but I can see it in his eyes. He used to live in a small town in Cali where specialty docs are limited..he is now here in Phx, AZ now where there is more opportunity to see a good specialist. He's working, but doesn't get insurance until jan and every day he feels like he is dying. He works through the pain, but then gets home and wants to go to bed around 7pm and sleep thru the night. This is all new to me, and advice, suggestions, or anything that could help I would be very greatful.
