I'm delighted to have found this forum and to "meet" all of you.

I am 66 years old and, as I've gotten older, acquired a few neurological problems. I have sleep apnea and have been doing CPAP for five years. I have restless leg syndrome, going on since my mid-40s, but it's controlled by medication, so far (fingers crossed). I also have a genetic essential tremor in my hands which really got going in my 50s (I had bouts earlier) and continues to get worse. It too is controllable by medication so far, but it is getting worse.

I hope to learn new things here about these conditions and how they can be best handled.

I too have sleep apnea, and it really bugs me. Sometimes I am not using it, because I have lost a great amount of weight.
