Default New symptom - Toes numb?

Hi all have been experiencing numbing in my toes of my right foot intermittently, I have slight pins and needles coming up my foot but no pain. During these episodes I find my toes dragging every now and then and tripping me up! My history is laminectomy and spinal fusion of L5/6 for DDD. I also have DDD in my cervical spine from C3-8 with bulging disks into C6/7. I am not in any particular pain so am confused by this new symptom? I also have intermittant numbness and shooting pain on the right side of my face. My partial seizures are active again and I am either extremely hot or cold with cold sweating and clammy skin. Any ideas? I have been under allot of stress lately can this be causing the new symptoms? Thank all you are info angels!
