Hi Sticky, My son is an OPT, so he knows therapy. He actually is the one who got me moving. Docs. wanted to fuse my joints. My son said NO, give this a try and it has worked. I have the PN in ankle, toe joints, calf of left leg. This was from two ankle surgeries. My physiatrist said to do the excersises when I brought it up to her. She supplied all the ideas for suppliments. I was the last one to believe a suppliment could help. I would say, my pain is reduced by 75%. One year ago I could not walk long. Today, I am back walking short distances on the beach (uneven) with no additional pain. I was afraid of it getting worse and having to fuse ankle and joints. If you can find a PT, who could just guide you to start with, the rest can be done at home easily. Where is your PN? Keep in touch and have hope things can improve. ginnie

My PT, is also with the rubber bands. Also movement to the right, left, up and down. Walking is on the agenda also. Light therapy does help. I have heard that too. I did that for an auto immune disease years ago, and it helped me then too. Just be careful of it, as with sun, time under the lights is critical. I sure hope you get better soon. ginnie
