Default New to the group

Just joined the group and wanted to say hello. I've been fighting with RSD/CRPS for nearly 10 months now. Started in my left foot after a cortisone injection and has now spread up my left leg to my knee. I also have occasional nerve pain in my right ankle, but I'm not sure if that is spread or not. I also have occasional nerve pain in my right side where I had shingles a few years back, and pain in my left cheek that resembles pain after a severe migraine a few years back. Hopefully those two sights have nothing to do with the RSD, but who knows anymore. RSD is such a weird, unpredictable condition. Anyway, I wanted to say hello and say what I'm dealing with. If I can help anyone with what I've learned or experienced, I'm happy to do it.
