Default I'm new to the group

Hi Everyone! I am new to the group. I suffered a mTBI on January 11, 2012. I suffer from Post Concussion Syndrome, Cognitive Dysfunction, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and acquired ADHD since injury. I am 40 years old with a family history of Alzheimer Disease and have read that statistics are high for the type of injury on top of family history. I have some speech issues, mostly in large groups or high stimulation activities.
