Confused need help with locked in syndrome

my dad had stroke 11-27-12 which left him with locked in, he is 58.. he has regained some movements in his face. He can smile, frown, open and shut mouth, move tongue, mouth words, blink eyes, move eyes up and down only, move eye brows and twich fingers on both hands. He has shown alot of progress and he wants to fight and beat this, but there isnt much help out there for him, so we are reaching out in this group to find help. drs said he will gain most of his movement in the first six months. please help!
