Default hey guys new to neuro talk

hello im new here my name is nick, i suffered a minor concussion last friday and now im having some sleep issues. also as dumb as this sounds i have been doing the opposite what the doctor told me in which i have not been really resting my my. like an idiot i played games today and i am feeling the effects of my poor decision.

Hey Nick! Don't really know anything about concussions myself, but, if you look around here a little, you will find quite a few people you will be able to relate to. As for not following dr's orders, you are talking to the King! Except, my neurosurgeon. He is the first dr I have ever had in my life that I trust implicitly! If he says to do something, no matter how stupid, I will do it without question!

Anyway, welcome to the site and take a look around and find some people - you will be glad you did!
