Default I would love to marry my longterm love! Help!

Hello all my name is Michelle and I am 30,

I have been with my boyfriend for almost nine years. We both have a serious mental illness and he was placed on adult disabled child ssa, I couldn't qualify and I'm on ssi. I read that however he can get ssi on top of ssa. Could we get married if he had ssi still?

How much would we be cut back?

I would appreciate any advice!
Thanks so much,
Michelle
