Default new & need info

Hi ..this is my first time ever reaching out or talking to anybody about my situation. Recently diagnosed with failed back surgery syndrome after having a lumbar discectomy 2 years ago. My doctor is offering me a fusion surgery or I could do the spinal rod stimulation surgery. Don't know much about either.anyone have any info? I would appreciate any opinions or knowledge anyone has to offer. Thanks
