Default Head injury lasting two months :(

I received a concussion about two months and a week ago, and I am starting to wonder if it will ever go away.

I was hit multiple times in during my lacrosse game. I play women's lacrosse so we do not wear helmets.I did not lose consciousness The only concussion side effect that I have had is a headache. It usually isn't that bad but doesn't seem to be getting any better.

I have not been drinking or working out. I have been drinking lots of water, eating healthy and limiting my computer, phone and tv use.

This has lasted far to long in my opinion, if anyone has advice on how I can help my concussion heal please share. Also could I do yoga or anything to help burn calories?
