Default No diagnosis!

Hello, Please advise me how to use this site, I'm new to this but I think it looks a great place to 'vent' your frustrations and possible meet other people in a similar situation. I have had neurological symptoms for three years and I am still awaiting diagnosis. Please can you tell me how I can start a conversation? Thanks!!!
