Hi I am new on her & really need some advice.
On the 24 February, I fell & hit the back of my head on a door frame. I was suffering from concussion & my doctor has subsequently said I have post concussion syndrome. A lot of my physical symptoms such as nausea & headaches have subsided. I still seem to struggle a little in busy places where there's a lot of noise. But my main problem is I feel like I am on an emotional roller coaster most of the time. I am getting myself really low. Usually pre accident I could manage my mood but it seems impossible now. Is this normal? & has anyone got any advice that could help me to look forward. Thanks |
