We do have both peripheral neuropathy and spinal forums here, though there hasn't been too much about nerve pain in that particular area:

I, however, have been through it myself, and get periodic flare-ups. It may be related to my overall neuropathy syndrome, though I certainly do sit and work at a computer, and drive, far too much (both of which are associated with compression of the pudendal nerve at the region of Alcock's canal, as is bicycle riding).
