Default lower back and left side pain under ribs

hello- I've been having lower back pain and pain above my left hip and under rib cage. Had X-rays taken and are ok. Dr. put me on phy-therapy with no relief. Going in next week for an MRI. The pain is worse when i strech from side to side and walking alot. Been going on for 4 months now and no relief!! and help would be great.....
