Question bad abutments

Hello I am Robert M , I an glad I found this site . Seems a great service to the novice. I have a dental question , I tried to post earlier ,but didn't see my post. I had a dentist place 3- 4.0mm intregal direct screw-in posts/abutments on lifecore sustain 4.0mm internal bevel implants. This was for a 3 part bridge . It fell off after 1 month. The dentist wants to glue it back on but I think the abutments with a flat connecting surface wont mate properly with the beveled implants. Any advice, thanks.
