Confused essential tremor

hi, i am new to this sight, i have suffered from essential tremor for about 7 years now, it started in my right hand, but now as moved to both hands and my head the tremor worsens when i am anxious, where all my body starts to shake, i used to take propranalol for about 5 years and they didnt work at all, so for the last 3 months i have been taking primadone 500mg again this as not improved the tremor my GP says she is thinking of putting me on both drugs together, as anyone else taken them both together thank you and hope someone can help.
