Default Howdy

Hi my name is Brad. I am looking for support because I've been feeling sorry for myself a lot, and I can tell that it's bringing me down as well as people around me, so I hope to be able to find some more self acceptance so that I can then help others with support.

Is there a place where I can find a list of face to face group meetings?

My issue is basically undiagnosable, but it's spasticity of the lower limbs due to an apparent break-down of myelin in the motor cortex. I know my issue is pretty mild compared to what others have to deal with, but I still want to overcome the related issues.

Looking forward to meeting people on here!

Hey Brad,
Nice to meet ya. I am new to this site also and hope I can incourage others.
Yes you are right there are people with worse symptoms then yourself but listen, pain is pain and can be difficult when you have to deal with it on a daily basis. I commend you for reaching out any way possible for help and to be help for others.

Thanks for the reply, Darlene and Alive.

I'm wondering if there is a list or any way to locate local face to face support groups. Typing is fine, but I'd really like to be able to meet people in person and try to build a network of local support.
