Hi everyone I am here looking for information and support. I have had increasing weakness, tight muscles, body pain, extreme fatigue for the last 2 yrs. In Aug of this year I started with severe headache and was eventually diagnosed with Glaucoma (with intraoccular hypertension). Op. questioned me and then said he felt neurology appt and mri were needed to r/o MS. Neuro doesn't feel I have MS feels I have fibro with chronic migraines. I have a dizzy spell yesterday that landed me in the er. They diagnosed me with vertigo and did mri/ct both neg. So they put me on meclazine and enderol. Can I still have MS without lesions and how can I get a diagnosis and treatment.........tired for feeling 90 when I am only 44. Thanks
