Default New-Abnormal Sensations and Internal Tremors

Hello Everyone,
Joined the group to find others who may have my symptoms and have a diagnosis or advice. First appt with neurologist will be in two weeks, so I would appreciate any tips. I have a feeling I but just beginning on a long road.

Symptoms: Am female, age 57, take no meds and have not taken any. No surgeries other than appendix. In otherwise very good health, have eaten organically for the past 20 years, exercise daily, workout 3 times a week, not overweight, have never smoked nor taken illicit drugs (I even hate taking aspirin).

In January, began noticing tingling, pins and needles sensation in fingers and feet (but thought it was due to elevated BP). BP was lowered without meds through diet and quitting a stressful job and is now consistently normal but symptoms remain. Went off caffeine, gluten about the same time too. Since May, have been experiencing internal tremors that are getting progressively worse. They never go away and are random. It feels like I am shaking from the inside. Sometimes my nose, my tongue or other parts will tingle or feel numb, even sometimes the back of my throat. But all symptoms occur all the time. It has reached the point where I am not sleeping well at all. Either can't go to sleep or when I do, I sleep for a few hours and then am awake for four.

I have noticed a difference in my short term memory. I am a retired teacher and have always had a great memory (although I am forgetful, undiagnosed and treated ADHD)

I have a family history of Parkinsons Disease (paternal grandmother).

I realize this is just a support forum. Not necessarily looking for an armchair diagnosis, just want to know if anyone else has had these symptoms and if there are suggestions for me. I am new to this whole process.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
