Default scared

I have just started having tingling burning in feet some time they feel heavy also psin in big toes first left one now both at times. I was going to pain management for pounding feeling head ache in head. Two injections only temp relief. The issues with feet started after head sches. 2 MRI'S and CT scan no tumors or lesions. I just started having numb type feelings numb type feelings on & under chin. Have appointment with neurologist soon. I don't know what happening asvall this started 10 months ago
Taking gabapentin & baclofen.
Guess I just need to connect with someone as I have little support hrre
